ALTPROC: Eligibles Outside of Region V

The Examination Records of the Civil Service Commission are REGION-BASED. If you are an eligible who have taken the exam, or have been conferred a special eligibility, outside of Region V, you are advised to transact directly with the CSC Central Office, or to the CSC Regional Office which has jurisdiction of your exam venue, or who have conferred your eligibility.

If you are currently in Metro Manila and in nearby areas, you may DIRECTLY transact with the Integrated Records Management Office, CSC Central Office, Batasan Hills, Diliman, Quezon City for the issuance of COE / authentication. They implement an online appointment system. To set an appointment with them, visit services.csc.gov.ph

However, should you be based in Region V and have no way to travel to the CSC Central or Regional Office that has your eligibility records, we shall first request for VERIFICATION of your eligibility to the Office concerned.

Submit to us an original or a scanned copy of the following:

1. Duly-accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017, downloadable HERE); and

2. Your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) or a Temporary Certification. If you are not yet in possession of your COE / Temporary Certificate, or it is lost/damaged, you may generate the same using the CSC OCSERGS (for examinees from 2018 onwards only). If your exam is not available, send a scanned copy of a duly-filled out ERRF and Declaration Form (downloadable HERE).

Send the scanned copy to us via e-mail at ro05.esd@csc.gov.ph

The initial verification process takes AT LEAST ONE MONTH, depending on the current verification load of the CSC Central or Regional Office concerned. Once we receive your verification records, however, you may now request for COE/authentication with us anytime. You shall be informed via e-mail once we get a verified copy of your exam records.

Once your eligibility records are received by CSC RO V, you may now proceed to STEP #1 for availing of Eligibility-Related Transactions.
