This page lists the status of transactions received by the CSC Regional Office No. V (RO) for the issuance of Certificate of Eligibility (COE), issuance of Authenticated Copy/ies of the COE and application for the grant of eligibilities under special laws and issuances (SPELS).

The list includes requests submitted through the CSC Field Office (FO) to be forwarded to the RO for processing. If your name is not yet listed herein, it means that the CSC RO has not yet received your document from the CSC FO.

Please be guided of the following status as appearing in the list:

• Date Processed refers to the date the RO processed your request.
• For release/pick up at the RO means that you may already proceed to the RO to claim your document.
• to be forwarded to a specific FO means that your document is ready for mailing to the concerned FO. Be advised that mailing is per batch on a weekly basis.
• Forwarded to the FO means that we already sent your document to the FO on the date indiciated. Mailing time is dependent on the courier service. Kindly wait for information from our FO personnel before claiming your document.

Kindly note that certain transactions have faster turn-over time than others. For example, eligibilities obtained earlier than 2010 take longer to process than recent ones due to the digitization of the records of our most recent exams. Also, requests for issuance of COE generally take longer than requests for authentication only.
