CSC RO V Privacy Policy for ALTPROC

Dear Valued Client:

By undergoing the procedure for the Temporary Alternative Procedure for Eligibility-Related Transactions, you hereby agree and consent to provide your personal information digitally via electronic mail, or through the sending of your physical documents (ERRF, Declaration Form, SPELS Application Form and valid ID) to CSC RO V via courier or mail. Personal information provided are used to verify the accuracy and veracity of the eligibility, and that you are indeed the holder of the eligibility. All physical documents are treated with appropriate confidentiality by CSC RO V, and is not provided to an outside party. Data sent electronically will be deleted by the CSC once your transaction is completed.

 

 

Terms and Conditions:

Securing an appointment with CSC RO V does not guarantee completion of the processing of your request. Your request will be subject to strict verification by the CSC RO V processors as to the accuracy of personal data (name, date of birth, place of birth, signature) provided during the exam/SPELS application. Should there be any discrepancies, the eligible shall be required to process a Request for Correction of Personal Information (COPI) before they are to be issued a certification of eligibility.

The strict verification process is necessary to prevent the spread of spurious eligibilities and impersonation.
