Barangay ID (note: Barangay Clearance is NOT accepted)
SSS / GSIS UMID
Current company / office ID (with DOB indicated)
NBI / Police Clearance
PWD ID
HDMF Transaction Card (with picture. Note: PAG-IBIG Loyalty Card is NOT accepted)
PhilHealth ID (dark green version with DOB indicated)
Postal ID
PRC ID (with DOB indicated)
Driver's License, Student Driver ID or Temporary Certification
Student ID (must be validated for the current semester)
Seaman's Book
Senior Citizen's ID
Solo Parent ID
SSS ID
Voter's ID or Voter's Certification
Alien Certificate of Registration I-Card
CSC Eligibility Card
