CSC RO V HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOL FOR THE TEMPORARY ALTERNATIVE PROCEDURE
In light of the current situation, please note that we are implementing strict health protocols for the safety of our employees. As such, measures such as sanitation and quarantine of your documents for at least three (3) days shall be observed before they are processed. Processed documents shall also be sanitized before being returned to you via mail / courier.

If your name is not yet listed herein, it means that the CSC RO has not yet received your document/s, or your document is under quarantine (see health and safety protocol above), or it may be processed in 2021. Click on the button below:
Also, please note that certain transactions have faster turn-over time than others. For example, eligibilities obtained earlier than 2010 take longer to process than recent ones due to the digitization of the records of our most recent exams. Also, requests for issuance of COE generally take longer than requests for authentication only.
