CSC RO V HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOL FOR THE TEMPORARY ALTERNATIVE PROCEDURE

In light of the current situation, please note that we are implementing strict health protocols for the safety of our employees. As such, there shall be no same-day release of requests, as all documents are sanitized before they are handled by our processors. Processed documents shall also be sanitized before being returned to you via mail / courier.

 

NOTICE: If your transaction is APPLICATION FOR ELIGIBILITY GRANTED UNDER SPECIAL LAWS AND CSC ISSUANCES, visit our SPELSTAT PAGE.   

If your name is not yet listed herein, it means that the CSC RO has not yet received your document/s, or your document is under quarantine (see health and safety protocol above).

Please note that certain transactions have faster turn-over time than others. For example, eligibilities obtained earlier than 2010 take longer to process than recent ones due to the digitization of the records of our most recent exams. Also, requests for issuance of COE generally take longer than requests for authentication only.
