This page lists the status of transactions received through the TEMPORARY ALTERNATIVE PROCEDURE FOR ELIGIBITY-RELATED TRANSACTIONS received on January to December 2022 for the issuance of Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and issuance of Authenticated Copy/ies of the COE.

CSC RO V HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOL FOR THE TEMPORARY ALTERNATIVE PROCEDURE

In light of the current situation, please note that we are implementing strict health protocols for the safety of our employees. As such, there shall be no same-day release of requests, as all documents are sanitized before they are handled by our processors. Processed documents shall also be sanitized before being returned to you via mail / courier.

 

NOTICE: If your transaction is APPLICATION FOR ELIGIBILITY GRANTED UNDER SPECIAL LAWS AND CSC ISSUANCES, visit our SPELSTAT PAGE.   

If your name is not yet listed herein, it means that the CSC RO has not yet received your document/s, or your document is under quarantine (see health and safety protocol above).

Please note that certain transactions have faster turn-over time than others. For example, eligibilities obtained earlier than 2010 take longer to process than recent ones due to the digitization of the records of our most recent exams. Also, requests for issuance of COE generally take longer than requests for authentication only.

Guidelines on the transactions with the Examination Services Division (ESD)

Processing and releasing of requests for Certification of Eligibility (CoE) and/or Authentication of CoE in the CSC Regional Office V (CSC RO V) shall be for a maximum of twenty (20) walk-in clients per day. Those who did not make it to the target number of clients may set an appointment thru the Officer of the Day and come back on their chosen date and time. Requesters of the aforementioned documents may submit the requirements to the nearest CSC Field Office (for Region 5 provinces only). The concerned FO shall forward the request to the CSC RO V. The CSC RO V Temporary Alternative Procedure for Eligibility-Related Transactions is now suspended. Requests for Certification and/or Authentication of Eligibility received through courier services starting 16 May 2022 shall be returned to the sender/client.
