Please note that the Application Period for Barangay Officials who have served for the 2007 - 2010 terms and earlier has already LAPSED since August 1, 2014.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
All
documentary requirements enumerated herein (including Transaction Fee)
only pertains to the application for this specific eligibility. If you
want to be issued a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) outright after your
application is approved, submit the documentary requirements for the issuance of the certificate of eligibility along with your application documents.
Please also note that processing of SPELS Application is REGION-BASED. As such, if you are currently in Region V, but have served / attended school in another region, you are advised to submit your documents directly to the CSC Regional Office that has jurisdiction over your place of service / school attended. Inversely, if you have served / graduated within the Bicol Region but is now based outside of the region, please read our procedure for the RELEASE OF DOCUMENTS VIA A CONDUIT CSC REGIONAL / FIELD OFFICE.
