ALTPROC: SPELS General Requirements

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR SPELS APPLICANTS: Due to our current situation, and as part of our strict health and safety protocols that prohibit face-to-face transactions with clients, all applicants for the CSC Special Eligibilities are directed have the jurat portion of the application form sworn before a person of authority (notarized) before submitting the documents to the CSC. Those who do not comply with this shall have their application DISAPPROVED.  
 

 
Also, please note that application for Special Eligibilities are REGION-BASED. As such, if you have served or attended school outside of Region V, be advised to directly send your application to the CSC Regional Office that has jurisdiction over your school attended  / place of service, to save both time and money in sending your documents.

Use the correct and updated application form: check out the Downloads section in this site. Any discrepancy/ies or inconsistency/ies in your personal data and submission of incomplete documents shall automatically cause for the disapproval of your application for SPELS.
